- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, February 01 - 2007 at 16:34
- PRESS RELEASE
GulfJet capped its successful participation in the Middle East Business Aviation exhibition (MEBA 2007) by signing strategic alliances with key foreign partners, enabling the region's leading executive flight service company to expand its portfolio of services.
GulfJet Managing Director Yousef Al Ghareeb made the announcement following the conclusion of MEBA, and expressed confidence that the alliances will further boost the company's business in the region. "Our participation in the MEBA 2007 exhibition has yielded positive results for the company. The partnerships we entered into with ADAC-AmbulanceService, Cedar Jet Center, and PrivatSea will consolidate our presence in the region, and enable us to offer more services to our clients with trusted and reliable partners."
ADAC-AmbulanceService has not only developed into one of the most reputable European firms for worldwide medical repatriation, but has also become a major resource centre for health-relevant activities in connection with mobility and medical tourism.
"Our partnership with GulfJet enables us to deploy our extensive fleet of medivac aircrafts more quickly and efficiently for medical repatriations from GCC countries. As a result, patients from in and around the region will have access to advanced medical treatments in Europe through a reliable and efficient chartered flight organised jointly by GulfJet and ADAC.
'We will take care of both the medical services and the necessary organisational activities. The patients and their relatives are looked after personally and given the most competent service by our highly qualified medical and flight personnel," said Robert Glueck, Marketing Manager, ADAC AmbulanceService.
Also under the partnership terms, GulfJet is committed to acquire Medivac aircrafts which will be stationed in the UAE. In return, ADAC has agreed to provide medical expertise and technical know-how on aircraft management.
Meanwhile, Al Ghareeb said that GulfJet's partnership with Cedar Jet Center will focus on all handling aspects. "Cedar Jet Center will handle all operational and service aspects related to GulfJet flights to Beirut. From obtaining the necessary overflying and landing permits to welcoming GulfJet passengers in their spacious VIP lounge," he added.
Commenting on the partnership with Cedar Jet Center, MEAG General Manager Richard Mujais said: "We're delighted to be associated with GulfJet, and are very keen to provide a comprehensive range of services for GulfJet's Beirut-bound passengers. We will provide the premium service GulfJet clients expect."
Building on its vision for more comprehensive chartered services, GulfJet proudly announced its partnership with PrivatSea, a members' only Club for luxury yachting and complementary lifestyle services.
The addition of PrivatSea to GulfJet's alliances will offer clients: access to the world's finest superyachts, cruising in beautiful worldwide destinations from Croatia to Costa Rica. This partnership will enable GulfJet clients to experience all the advantages of superyacht ownership without any of the financial or logistical burdens.
"Through PrivatSea Club, we will be able to offer our clients the finest yachting experience, and will thus be a significant addition to our portfolio of luxury chartered services whether by air or sea," ended Al Ghareeb.
Both GulfJet and PrivatSea agreed to cross promote each other's services to their respective client base.
