UAQ Marina, villa releases

Umm Al Quwain Marina, a venture between Umm Al Quwain's government and Emaar Middle East, has launched its second phase of residences, with the release of villas in the Mistral Community. Sale of the Portuguese and Spanish-styled homes will begin on February 6 from 9am at the Umm Al Quwain Marina sales centre. Eventually, Umm Al Quwain Marina will feature over 8,000 homes including 6,000 villas and 2,000 townhouses.
