Rakisa Holding, the lead developer of the Hail Economic City, has held meetings with General Electric and the Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority concerning investment opportunities in the city. Occupying an area of nearly 1.6bn sqft, the city is to be developed in three phases, with the first seeing $2.6bn invested in infrastructure and $12.8bn in other sectors, leading to the creation of 66,000 jobs.
