The site primarily caters to blind users throughout the Middle East. Arabic-speaking blind users living throughout the world find the site useful too. Statistics show website hits from as far as Melbourne, Australia, Edmonton, Canada and Helsinki, Finland.

"The site was very challenging to develop", said Auda Hazeem, Nattiq's CEO.

"There were three important factors we had to address and we could not find the appropriate resources in the region who could understand our needs for the site. We ended up developing it on our own which took a longer period of time. Bilingual, accessibility and platform specific factors were challenges we had to deal with." Hazeem added.

One of the main champions behind developing such a great website was a blind employee of Nattiq. Mr. Mohammed Alshar'a takes credit for providing the technical expertise required to develop what many observers refer to as an elaborate website for blind users.

Nattiq continues to update the site regularly in order to provide blind users with a valuable resource they can count on for information of interest to them. Nattiq continues to invest valuable resources to better serve its blind customers. Their response has been positive.
