The ceremony was held under the patronage of H.E minister of communications and information technology Eng. Basem Rusan (by representation) joined by some of the leading IT companies in Jordan.

DFM website won Web of the Year award for the best website, and the Microsoft award for the best website built on Microsoft technology. In addition, DFM website won the Golden award for the banks and financial institutions category. The web of the year award is granted to the website that achieves the highest rank amongst all the websites enrolled in the competition.

DFM; one of the biggest financial markets in the middle-east region, launched the website as an effort to ensure and maintain the flow of information and to help maintain the market integrity.
