Successful case studies to be discussed at the only IT Service Management Conference in the Middle East

Leading international and regional IT service management experts and IT heads will discuss successful case studies on IT service management and IT strategy in Dubai.
The itSMF is the only internationally recognised and independent organisation dedicated to IT service management and at the conference it aims to bring together service management experts with a focus to provide an understanding for effectively resolving issues related to IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation in the region.
The conference brings together leading industry experts including Madeleine Townsend, Director of itSMF South Africa and Principal Consultant with Foster-Melliar, South Africa; Ahmad Almulla, Chief Information Officer with Dubai Aluminum Company limited (DUBAL), Jerry Allen, Programme Director with BT Global Services UK, Klaus Giesemann IT Head with Etihad Airways and many others.
The newly released IT service management standard ISO 20000, Service Oriented architecture (SOA), ITIL version3, corporate governance will be amongst the highlights of the event. Regional and international case studies from renowned organisations such as Cisco, Halifax Bank of Scotland, HCL Comnet Ltd, Zamil Industrial Investment Co will be discussed for the benefit of the delegates. The aforementioned organisations have been recognised specifically for their IT service management and strong IT strategy initiatives.
