ADIH, $100m Sunset Hills

The Abu Dhabi Investment House has unveiled its next project in Bahrain, Sunset Hills at Al Areen. The $100m mixed use venture will comprise a mixture of residential and commercial facilities, including villas, town houses, terraced apartments and shops. Scheduled for completion in 2009, Sunset Hills will cover approximately 500,000 sqft at Al Areen's southern gateway.
