244 new trade agencies in UAE

The UAE's Ministry of Economy registered 244 new trade agencies last year, according to a statement. In total, 4,411 agencies were listed on the MoE register at the turn of the year, with 835 having been de-registered in 2006. 882 of the agencies are British, while 662 are from the UAE.
