Dubai eGovernment is bringing out a prepaid card with National Bank of Abu Dhabi giving an alternative to paying for services. It is not necessary to have an account with the bank. Backed by Visa International, cards can also be used for other online transactions and at ATMs. Cards are in UAE dirhams and are rechargeable.
