du, the new telecommunications operator in the UAE, today announced special services and product packages including du Business Pay As You Go Plus (prepaid) and du Business Mobile Connect (postpaid) - for small, medium and large enterprises in the UAE.

With a full division catering exclusively to the telecommunications needs of businesses, du enterprise customers will enjoy the services of dedicated Account Managers, fair and transparent billing and a business helpdesk. Additionally there will be a choice of business solutions tailored to meet the multi dimensional requirements of an organisation, no matter what the size or nature of business.

du Business Mobile Pay As You Go Plus plan includes extensive business mobile features and extra benefits on national and international calling and messaging. It offers business users an automatic recharge option and is payable as a regular monthly plan with itemised billing. The service aims to provide control and flexibility for voice communication.

du Business Mobile Connect package is meant for users with moderate to high national and international voice communication needs. Starting 11 February, businesses can pay online and confirm their du numbers, booked during its recent Number Booking campaign. du SIM cards will be couriered free of charge to those who confirm and pay for their numbers online. Customers can activate their du line soon after the receipt of their SIM card. Large enterprise customers will be contacted directly by their dedicated Account Managers.

From 25 February, SIM cards can also be collected from du distribution channels, including nine du shops and 90 premium dealers.

As part of its personalised approach to business consumers, du's dedicated Account Managers comprising industry specific professionals will offer enterprises with door to door expertise to provide solutions to specific telecommunication problems.

du's fair and transparent billing provides a clear indication on the different services used, the time frame and the cost in one consolidated bill. Together with du's Pay By The Second billing structure that allows billing by the second on all national and international voice or video calls, customers can be sure that they will only be charged for exactly that duration of their calls.

The du 24/7 Business Helpdesk - a dedicated customer care line - will cater to all queries and needs of various businesses. Customers can dial 188 from their du number or +9714 369 9188 from any other network.
