Dnata expands presence in Kingdom with two new regional offices

The openings are part of Dnata's strategy to revolutionise travel management in Saudi Arabia with a wide range of retail and corporate services, many of them new to the Saudi market. They will also act as regional offices for Dnata, and are set to be followed by more outlet openings to extend Dnata's world-class travel services throughout the length and breadth of the Kingdom.

Both new state-of-the-art Dnata Travel offices in Riyadh and Jeddah were officially inaugurated today by senior representatives of Dnata and its Saudi partners.

They join the Saudi Arabian Dnata Travel Centre head office in Al Khobar, The Al Khobar Travel Centre began operations in 2005 and has proved to be a runaway success in the Eastern Province with its range of customer-friendly services, including one of the Kingdom's first 24-hour Call Centre travel hotline and a unique telephone number 920 000 000.

Modelled on Dnata's Dubai flagship office, the Dnata Travel offices in Saudi have a "One-Stop Travel Shop" concept for retail and corporate travel services, with the 24-hour hotline for customers to access travel services every day of the year.

Since its launch in Al Khobar, Dnata Travel's services have generated a constantly growing level of call traffic and bookings. The Dnata Call Outlets - with the unique number 920-000-000 - is part of a service portfolio which includes ticketing and reservations on all airlines, worldwide hotel or apartment bookings, tailor-made holiday packages, specialized corporate travel services, event marketing and support services, ticket delivery, worldwide car rental services, travel insurance, and charter flight bookings.
