Horizon.FCB wins Noor account

Dubai's Noor Islamic Bank has chosen Horizon.FCB as its communications agency. The agency's brief is to handle the launch of the bank, which is due to take place in 2008. The bank will be the world's largest Islamic bank when operational, according to Horizon.FCB.
