The prestigious event will take place February 7-9 and will be attended by Primavera's global CEO, Joel M. Koppelman, and over 100 executives from USA, Europe and Asia.
'We have chosen Dubai over other global counterparts because of the unprecedented economic boom the city is witnessing,' said Koppelman. 'During the Primavera Annual Authorized Representatives Meeting, our key focus area will be addressing the issues of how to deliver successful projects, as well as, identifying and treating project risks to maintain constant growth for all emerging sectors in the Middle East.'
During the event CMCS was merited under three different categories, which is the '2006 Top Performer New License International', '2006 2 Million Dollar Club' and the valued '2006 PrimaClub' award, in recognition of achieving over 100% of the sales plan and setting a record growth for the year 2006. This recognition not only highlights CMCS's efforts but also positions the GCC region as the fastest growing and financially rewarding region in the world.
Bassam Samman, CMCS CEO and Founder, said: 'This unique event further marks the GCC as the nerve centre of all business activities in the region. CMCS, the Primavera Authorized Representative (PAR) in the Middle East, has cemented its presence and commitment to the region by supporting strategic projects including Burj Dubai, Dubai Festival City, Qatar Pearl Project, Qatari Diyar, Petroleum Development of Oman, Abdali Development, and Bahrain Financial Harbor amongst others.'
He added: 'For long the region has been on the radar for international investments and in order for any project to be successful, organizations need to plan strategically and calculate risk accordingly. With Primavera solutions, organizations large and small have a ready platform to plan this through to maintain constant growth,' Samman concluded.
Primavera remains the world's leading project and portfolio management application, enabling all types of businesses to achieve excellence in managing their portfolios, programs, projects and resources. It is estimated that global projects totalling more than $5 trillion in value have been managed with Primavera products.
