Hackers in global attack

Hackers struck at three of the 13 computers that help manage global computer traffic, in an attack experts say was one of the most significant against the internet since 2002, news agencies reported. They sent enormous amounts of rogue data to try and jam the internet, but the net managed to stay up as computer scientists worldwide raced to cope with the extra data.
