Reef appoints Marafeq as facilities management provider for Jumeirah's Madina Tower development

The appointment will ensure all infrastructure, operations and maintenance services are professionally managed for the Tower's residents when they move in at the completion of the project within two months.

Marafeq will provide 24-hour regular service and maintenance on the air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems on the 33-storey building, located opposite the Dubai Marina and adjacent to Jumeirah Islands. The Madina Tower residential project is being developed by Reef Investments to include a waterfall lobby, lake front library cafe, retail outlet, gym, salons, and spa, offering investors one, two and three bedroom apartments.
