Reef Real Estate Investment, a leading property development, investment, management and acquisitions company, has recently announced that it has appointed Marafeq to provide facilities management services for the Madina Tower development currently entering the final stages of construction in the Jumeirah Lake Towers district.
Marafeq will provide 24-hour regular service and maintenance on the air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems on the 33-storey building, located opposite the Dubai Marina and adjacent to Jumeirah Islands. The Madina Tower residential project is being developed by Reef Investments to include a waterfall lobby, lake front library cafe, retail outlet, gym, salons, and spa, offering investors one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Commenting on Marafeq's appointment, Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed Zayed Saqer Al Nahyan, Managing Director, Reef Real Estate said, "There is a high degree of expertise required to maintain today's sophisticated facilities, and outsourcing these management services to Marafeq will allow Reef to focus on our primary business activities and provide first class developments."
"Our commitment to quality extends beyond the physical infrastructure we build, to enhance the quality of life in the communities we serve. Our alliance with Marafeq will provide a total lifecycle of care for the Madina Tower and ensure that the residents live in a hassle-free environment," Sheikh Ahmad added.
The Madina Tower is another addition to Reef Investments' residential portfolio, with the UAE-based company already an established name throughout the region by offering investors a choice of attractively priced apartments to ultra modern luxury estate villas. Reef Investments has partnered with some of the region's leading names on the Madina Tower project to provide first class standards and attract investors from the middle and upper echelons of the business community.
The decision to appoint Marafeq was based on the company's reputation for being committed to keeping facilities healthy, modern and reliable by the continuous upgrade of facilities with the latest technology and standards. Marafeq is a leader in facilities management that caters to the increasing demand for infrastructural supervision within the region.
"Our schemes pay for themselves through higher efficiency, lower utility payment and aversion of system failures, thus maximising the life span and value of your investment. The Madina Tower development will benefit from our advanced information system application to mirror facilities, assets and their operational conditions, to not only manage facilities, but to also prevent breakdown," said Osama Al Alami, General Manager, Marafeq.
"Proactive maintenance will mean fewer system failures and longer life for your equipment and property, translating into improved, comfortable working and living conditions," Al Alami concluded.
