NOCs come to Dubai

Marsh, a risk and insurance services firm, is hosting a global risk advisory conference of the world's national oil companies, in Dubai in February. NOCs manage around 80% of the world's oil supplies. Delegates will examine issues such as measurement of enterprise-wide risk and operational challenges tied to cross-border investments, Marsh said in statement.
