"The sales growth achieved in 2006 was extremely satisfying," said Kamal Rafih,
General Manager of Western Motors. "It was a year of range expansion for the Jeep brand, and the introduction of the exciting new Jeep Commander, Jeep Compass and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 certainly helped to attract new customers."

With a further series of new model launches due in 2007, Rafih is looking forward to building on the success of 2006. "Everyone is really looking forward to the launch of the completely new Jeep Wrangler," he said. "This is one of the all-time most popular 4x4 vehicles in the region, and the fact that for the first time we will have a 4 door version in the form of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited will even further extend the appeal of this remarkable, highly capable off-roader.

'This, combined with the launch of the all-new Jeep Patriot alongside the ever popular Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Commander and Compass, will see the Jeep brand offering the most complete range of off-road vehicles available anywhere in the world."

Western Motors has a well-planned strategy to promote the Jeep brand in the Abu Dhabi market and has successfully carved out a lucrative market, and Rafih attributes the company's continued success to the commitment to provide flawless customer service that spreads throughout its entire corporate culture.

"The strength of our market position is most clearly demonstrated by the major contracts that we undertake for major governmental and semi-governmental institutions, including the Abu Dhabi Police Department, the Department of Defence and many of the major rental car companies," added Rafih. "That shows the depth of trust that customers have in Western Motors."

2007 will see Western Motors continuing to drive enhancement of its already excellent international quality customer service. With a growing network of showrooms and state-of-the-art service workshops, the company hopes to consolidate its position as a major player in the region's automotive sector. Constantly striving to innovate and improve, the company's commitment to quality has earned it an enviable reputation for excellence, professionalism and dedicated customer service.

Western Motors' state-of-the-art Jeep workshop and service centres, which offer a total of 60 service bays are fully equipped with the very latest technology - for even greater convenience, Jeep customers in Abu Dhabi can also drop off their cars at the downtown showroom for service.

"Our team of 80 highly trained staff are totally focused on delivering total customer satisfaction," said Rafih. "Above all, this is their number one priority."
