Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to be the highlight at the only IT Service Management Conference in the Middle East

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) will be the main highlight of the IT Service Management Conference in Dubai to be held on 25 February - 1 March 2007 at the Metropolitan Hotel.

A day long workshop on SOA will be led by Donald Blair from Experton Group.

SOA is now the next big thing in IT architecture due to a fast changing environment in the Middle East.

especially as companies and government organisations are finding it increasingly important and difficult to adapt with speed to customer demands, market opportunities or external threats.

This is the only Service Management conference in the Middle East that will bring many international and regional IT service management experts and IT heads will discuss successful case studies on IT service management and IT strategy.

The conference will be a primer gathering of leading international and regional companies including Dubai Aluminum Company Limited (DUBAL), BT Global Services UK, HP, Infosys Technologies, Kuwait Finance House, Commercial Bank International, Lloyds TSB Group, Etihad Airways and many others companies.
