DuBiotech official patron of Arab Lab 2007

The exhibition was inaugurated by HH Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority.

Arab Lab 2007, organized by The Domus Group, will run from 11-14 February. It brings together some of the world's largest and most innovative companies in the laboratory and instrumentation sector, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, mining, oil and gas, health, environment, aquaculture and others.

Dr. Abdulqader Alkhayat, Executive Director of DuBiotech said: "Arab Lab 2007, one of the top five laboratory shows in the world. To promote research and development in the region, DuBiotech has developed comprehensive Codes of Practice (COPs) based on international best practices, covering all activities related to clinical research and clinical trials, manufacturing and environment, health and safety.

Dr. Alkhayat said the DuBiotech laboratory complex, to be completed by the second quarter of 2008, will allow companies to conduct laboratory activities without the need to build their own dedicated facilities.

Arab Lab 2007 endeavours to provide an unrivalled forum for the industries to not only showcase their products, but also to access an opportunity to network with and establish greater brand awareness amongst potential business associates.
