ESKADENIA® TE-Voucher supports multiple e-voucher reselling methods including offline and online e-voucher recharging. The offline method enables a reseller to easily use the mobile handset or Web interface to directly request new voucher PIN from the legacy voucher system with no need to connect to the operator's Prepaid System. In the online method, the reseller can request direct credit top-up for a prepaid mobile number, where ESKADENIA® TE-Voucher will connect to the operator's Prepaid System and update the customer balance with any amount and without the need to use any legacy voucher system or recharging media such as SMS, IVR or USSD.
Moreover, ESKADENIA® TE-Voucher manages reseller credit deposits and dynamically calculates and records in the database all reseller commissions as per predefined percentages.
The new multilingual ESKADENIA product is built over latest Java technologies; it provides multi-operator support, a Web-enabled OAM tool, advanced reports and statistics, flexible integration with back-end servers, and a high level of security. The system can also be configured to send SMS notifications to resellers and customers.
'ESKADENIA® TE-Voucher forms a key part of ESKADENIA's offerings to telecom operators, thus complementing our comprehensive line-up of billing, interconnect, mediation, and prepaid software products already running at major client sites in Europe, the Middle East and Africa',
said Nael Salah, Managing Director of ESKADENIA Software Solutions.
ESKADENIA Software Solutions is joining the global mobile community at the 3GSM World Congress, the world's largest convention for the mobile industry, held from 12-15 February 2007 in Barcelona, Spain. ESKADENIA will showcase its new TE-Voucher system and other software products and solutions from its Stand No. 2.1E37 in Hall 2-1. This participation comes in cooperation with the Business & Export Development Project for Jordanian Enterprises (TATWEER) who has been of notable support to ESKADENIA's participations at leading regional and international exhibitions.
Commenting on ESKADENIA's participation at the 3GSM World Congress 2007, Mr Salah explained, 'We have put, in the past few years, good efforts to profile ESKADENIA at Telecom & Mobile-focused regional and international events. We believe we have excellent software offerings to the Telecom market and a proven-track record of telecom projects in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Exhibiting at the 3GSM World Congress would further strengthen our position as a software vendor and give us the chance to network with the global mobile telecom community'.
