Volker Smid serves as President, Novell EMEA , responsible for the full range of Novell's sales and consulting business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Smid brings along with him, a wealth of experience having previously held senior positions with some world's leading companies including PTC, POET AG - a platform provider for B2B eCommerce and Prompt Medizinische Informations systeme - A German software Vendor.
