XEROX shows strong commitment to IT service management (ITSM) initiatives

Xerox one of world's leading innovative document management, applications and solutions provider is showing strong commitment to IT service management.

To emphasize the value of implementing IT service management, Xerox is the IT solutions partner for IIR's upcoming 4th Middle East IT Service Management Conference from 25 February to 1 March 2007 at the Metropolitan Hotel, Dubai.

Tim Gould, Global Services Director, Middle East and Africa, Xerox Limited will be speaking at the only Service Management Conference bringing out that many companies both regionally as well as internationally are now outsourcing the office output environment and how this move is driving towards a more customer focused approach.

Other prominent IT companies such as HP, Axios Systems and ITpreneurs are also supporting the event.

The newly released IT service management standard ISO 20000, Service Oriented architecture (SOA), ITIL version3, corporate governance will be amongst the highlights of the event.
