CBI confirms agreement with Al Ansari Exchange for credit card payment

CBI, Commercial Bank International has rubber-stamped an agreement with Al Ansari Exchange, giving CBI credit card holders the convenience of a new payment channels.

A leading money transfer operator with more than 50 branches across the UAE, customers can now visit any Al Ansari outlet and settle their monthly CBI credit card bills. With its strategy to listen attentively and act on all requirements of its customers, CBI has aimed to place the customer at the centre of its attention. The bank thrives to explore new opportunities and channels to ensure banking is within everyone's reach for guaranteed customer satisfaction.

The new service will not only benefit CBI customers, but also non-CBI customers who are holders of CBI credit cards, whereby they can settle the monthly statement through a very simple mechanism. The process is very easy and hassle-free and above all free of charge. All that is needed is the card or a monthly statement and the payment will be done on the spot and the customer will receive a confirmation receipt.

Mr Mahdi Kilani, Head of CBI Retail Banking Group stated,

'This is all a part of our continuous efforts to effectively implement our customer-centric strategy to provide better banking services in a more convenient manner.
