The event is being held under the patronage of H.H Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council & Ruler of Ajman.
Organized by the Municipality & Planning Department in Ajman, the conference aims to increase awareness about urban planning and real estate development in an effort to improve investments and the overall property conditions of the emirate. Many of the leading real estate and investment companies, in addition to the firms that are specialized in the urban planning field, will participate in this event.
Mr. Omar Ayesh, President of Tameer Holding, expressed his happiness to sponsor this important event that will discuss the latest templates for urban planning and development, all of which suite the requirements of modern life. He added: 'We hope that this annual conference will be the first step to developing solutions to provide the best in urban planning, infrastructure, real estate and property development'.
He also spoke of 'Al Ameera Village', a distinctive project which is currently being developed by Tameer in Ajman. As one of the UAE and the region's most important developments, he stressed on the major and active influence this project is having on Ajman's progression due to its improvement of the local infrastructure, its general services and the modern international standards of architectural design being implemented there.
About 500 urban planners, property developers and architects from both Arab and foreign countries are participating to discuss ways of improving urban planning and the opportunities facing the real estate sector in the UAE.
