The project is designed to help EMAAR Misr achieve one of its most important objectives of providing the best quality service to its current and potential customers. Among the services provided will be a five-digit number (16116) that facilitates two-way communication between EMAAR Misr and its client base, where clients can call to inquire about all aspects related to the company's projects.

Concurrently, EMAAR Misr will be able to build a strong database of clients, gathering feedback via customer satisfaction surveys. In addition, Raya will provide help desk services to EMAAR Misr for two of its major ongoing projects - Uptown Cairo and Marassi.
