The Gold Value Added Reseller designation recognises that EMW have completed rigorous training and have invested in developing in depth knowledge around Avaya's IP telephony solutions placing EMW at the forefront with the local businesses deploying Avaya's Intelligent Communications applications.
As an Avaya Gold Value Added Reseller, EMW will not just offer Avaya voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) and contact center solutions to UAE customers; but will also be capable of enhancing product offerings by integrating them with their own extended range of services. These will include the ability to integrate infrastructure solutions combining Avaya and third-party vendor solutions from Juniper Networks, Foundry and Trapeze Networks.
