Omel to take Oman CPC stake

India's ONGC Mittal Energy is set to acquire a 7% stake in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium from Oman Oil, Reuters reported. The deal could be worth around $200m, but must first be approved by other consortium members. They are: Chevron, ExxonMobil, BP, Royal Dutch Shell, Lukoil and Rosneft.
