About YEA:
The association was officially established in November 1998 as a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and encouraging entrepreneurship in Jordan and educating Jordanian businesspeople on the social and economic value of non-conventional ideas. YEA promotes new business mentalities and supports a new generation of entrepreneurs working beyond the traditional inherited business philosophy of local industries, in order to claim a greater share of the regional and international export markets.

For entrepreneurial activates to succeed in Jordan, the YEA recognizes the need for it to act as an advocate for certain legislative change on a national, consumer oriented, mercantile mindset into a productive, creative mentality, which must become the basis for economic growth. The YEA is created to cater to specific needs for young businesspeople that either own their own businesses or hold senior executive positions in a company.

About Naouri Group:
After 15 years of experience in the Shipping industry, Mr. Ibrahim Naouri started his own business in 1994; a small shipping company comprising of 4 staff members in a small office. The continuous and unlimited hard work, devotion, entrepreneurial skills and vision blossomed over the years to turn this small company into the Naouri Group; a group of 6 companies, employing over 300 staff members in its 27 branches in Jordan, Iraq and Syria, providing complete cargo transportation, inspection and travel and tourism solutions making it one of the largest groups of its scope in Jordan.
