easyHotel underway in Dubai

Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the British entreprenuer behind budget carrier easyJet, took part in the ground breaking ceremony for the first easyHotel.com property in the UAE today, Sunday. The hotel is being developed in Dubai's Al Karama and will be one of six earmarked for the emirate. Istithmar Hotels, which has the master franchise for easyHotel.com in the Middle East, the Levant, North Africa, India and Pakistan, is the developer.
