China wants Saudi banks

Chinese delegates to the ongoing Jeddah Economic Forum have urged Saudi Arabian banks to open branches in their country, so that they could then do the same in the kingdom, reported Arab News. The delegates said the opening of financial institutions in both countries would have a major impact on bilateral relations. They pointed to the Chinese Agricultural Bank which has opened a branch in Dubai.
