26 February 2007 (Dubai, UAE): Elite Jets, one of the Middle East region's leading luxury private jet operators, and Raytheon Aircraft Company, the world's leading business and special-mission aircraft manufacturer, made a special presentation to EFS in recognition of its work, immediately following the inaugural Middle East Business Aviation exhibition and conference in Dubai, earlier this month. The presentation was made to Ali Mohamed Bin Hendi, Senior General Manager at EFS.

Speaking at the presentation to EFS, Mr Paras Dhamecha, Managing Director of Elite Jets, said:

"Executive Flight Services has created a world class platform for business aviation in Dubai, which is making a major impact on the development of the industry in the region, as demand for business aviation continues to grow. There is no doubt that Dubai is now emerging strongly as a regional - and international - hub for business aviation. The facilities, services and management of the VIP Terminal in Dubai are on a par with the best in the industry and this is helping to underpin Dubai's position as a serious business and leisure destination and regional hub. MEBA was the perfect opportunity to make this presentation to EFS and to recognise its contribution to the industry."

The overall number of private jet movements at Dubai International Airport continues to rise. According to Executive Flight Services, the number of private jet movements in and out of Dubai International Airport increased by 57 per cent in 2005 (enhanced by the Dubai International Air Show), compared to 2004, and there was a five per cent increase in the number of private jet movements in 2006, compared to 2005.
