Saudi insurers to float shares

Five Saudi insurers have been the go-ahead to offer shares to the public, Bloomberg reported. The Capital Market Authority has authorised the sale of shares from 7-26 March at $2.67 each. The companies are Arab Shield Company for Co-operative Insurance, the United Saudi Company for Co-operative Insurance, Saudi Ayak Company for Co-operative Insurance, SABB Takaful and Saudi French Company for Cooperative Insurance.
