Etisalat announced that it has signed on as Gold Sponsor of the 6th Training and Employment Week, organized by UAE University and Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Al Ain.
Abdulla Al Shamsi, Deputy General Manager of Etisalat Abu Dhabi, welcomed this initiative and said, "Etisalat has been actively involved in the economic, social and scientific development of the UAE, and we have launched many initiatives and sponsored social activities and events."
"Etisalat has played an integral role in preparing local human resources specialized in technical and administrative aspects. Etisalat sponsoring this event for the 6th continuous year reflects the Corporation's commitment to help the event succeed and achieve its goals to showcase work opportunities to UAE national students, and even train and prepare them to be absorbed in the job market," he added.
Training and Employment Week aims at highlighting the relationship between the three partners in the development process: job-seekers, prospective employers, and training establishments. It also provides the opportunity to job seekers to know about recruitment and available training programmes.
