The signing comes after the strategic alliance between Sorouh Real Estate and Tameer Holding was formed to develop the Abu Dhabi Towers and the Gate District at SHAMS Abu Dhabi. That agreement between those two firms is unprecedented to Abu Dhabi's real estate sector and is the biggest one in the country to date. The total cost of the entire project is expected to reach AED 13 billion ($ 3.5 billion).

Their vast experience will contribute to our expanding portfolio right across the region, including those based here in the UAE." said Mr. Omar Ayesh, President of Tameer Holding. "Today, the country has seen investment flow for its properties come from a large number of international sources. This has fueled the huge realty boom in this region, making it the most attractive location for investments from all over the world."
He added:

Mr. Ayesh further emphasized that the development will feature a design that is based on creativity and innovation on an area of several million sq ft. Situated between the signature location of Central Park and the sea, the spot promises to be the most exquisite and extravagant site on Reem Island.
Speaking of this new development Dr. Abdallah Shaaban, Chief Executive Officer of Tameer Abu Dhabi said, "Tameer Towers are destined to become the recognizable landmark in Abu Dhabi's fashionable skyline and will be a motif of the style we typically exhibit in the development of our projects, symbolic of Tameer's strict adherence to quality.'

The project will comprise of several stylish towers including residential towers, an office tower, deluxe hotel and serviced apartments, restaurants, outside cafes and walks, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere for all to enjoy.
