Tim Gould, Xerox Global Services, global accounts and alliances and partnerships director in the Middle East and Africa, and worked for Xerox developing market operations, has conducted a presentation during the conference, where he highlighted on the Organizations that don't measure their document expenditures and have no idea what amount of revenue is being spent on documents needs. He also emphasized on that Outsourcing is a perspective, that is not really understood but one which can contribute to IT Operational Excellence with significant money savings, improved efficiency & enhanced productivity.
