ALDAR unveils its first quality development, Al Raha Gardens

Abu Dhabi's leading developer made the announcement at a luxurious launch event, which was designed not only to celebrate the successful delivery of the luxury show villas but to emphasise the leading developer's commitment to its promise on quality.

ALDAR's Al Raha Gardens launch event was held in the picturesque surroundings of the newly furnished show villas' gardens and the leading developer's dedication to quality has already led to all of the 1384 units being sold out.

Al Raha Gardens residential project is made up of three, four and five bedroom Arabic & European style villas set amongst the development's beautifully landscaped gardens. The entire community has been thoroughly researched and designed with modern living styles in mind. The innumerable parks in the community make for a serene environment and the actual plots have been designed with ease of management in mind.

As part of the launch and as a demonstration of the level of quality, ALDAR opened the doors to its show homes and organized a tour of the villas with the first-class architects and designers who worked on the project.

The architects, Serendipity and AR + D, showcased the design intricacies of the villas, whilst ALDAR brought in some of the world's best interior designers to demonstrate the genuine potential of the homes. The six villas were decorated by a variety of different interior design houses including Quadros, ID design, .nuvo, Bayti and Poltrona Frau. Poltrona Frau implemented some of their top designers like Cappellini, Cassina, Alias, Gebruder Thonet Vienna and Nemo in the villas.

"What is so impressive about this particular project is the level of detail that has gone in to the build and the finishes of the villas. Every element has been crafted from design through to implementation," said Ali Reda of AR+D Architects, the master planners of the community.

The interior designers invited to dress the show homes have exemplified the internal potential of the villas and help to act as inspiration for the many new home owners.

"The level of detail in the villas is exceptional in the Middle East. Even simple accessories have been imported from Italy. Our aim was to demonstrate the massive potential these beautiful and spacious homes have. From the colours we have used to the ornamental characteristics used in the villas, we have helped to show just how wonderful these homes really are," said Giulio Cappellini of Poltrona Frau Group.

ALDAR's Al Raha Gardens project has set a precedent for the company's subsequent developments and has established a development benchmark for the entire Middle East.
