Julphar urges price review

Razaq Al Yusuf, the MD of Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries, has said drug producers in the UAE are suffering due to the fact that prices haven't risen significantly in 20 years, reported Gulf News. Al Yusuf has contacted the country's Ministry of Health to urge them to review prices. He pointed to the weakening dollar as a further factor affecting margins and warned unprofitable products could disappear from the market.
