UAE Red Crescent awards Etisalat

The UAE Red Crescent has honoured Etisalat with the 'Shield of Giving' for the Corporation's support of the organization.
Mr. Khalifa Nasser Al Suwaidi, Chairman of UAE Red Crescent, praised Etisalat's support and participation and said: "We appreciate Etisalat's longstanding support of our humanitarian campaigns. Etisalat has also played a role in helping us to reach out to remote and inaccessible areas with their Al Thuraya Satellite coverage and highly developed network coverage."
Ahmed Bin Ali, Vice President- Corporate Communications, Etisalat, said: "The UAE Red Crescent plays an integral humanitarian role in supporting the needy and reaching out to families in difficult situations. At Etisalat, we are proud to support this organization and their noble goals."
