Arab Bank, US accusations

The Jordan based Arab Bank, one of the Middle East's biggest banks, is being investigated by the US Justice Department over its channelling of funds from Saudi Arabia to Palestinian groups that allegedly finance terrorist activities, reported the AFP citing the Los Angeles Times. The bank is being sued in the US for providing banking services to the likes of the democratically elected Hamas.
