Diabetes forum for Saudi

A seminar organised by Sanofi-Aventi has been held in Jeddah, which looked at the alarming growth rate of diabetes in the Middle East and explored the latest ways of treating the disease, reported Arab News. According to a survey carried out by the International Diabetes Federation, the number of people aged 20-79 with diabetes in the region will jump from 24.5m this year to 44.5m by 2025.
