A day filled of with active learning, input and plenty of action, concluded with a great group picture, together with Ron Kaufman.
Lincoln Davis, Director of Training of the Moevenpick Hotel Bur Dubai says 'We are very happy to have had the chance to expose close to one third of our team to this energetic and active training. The contents and the presentation of it, with the motivational approach of Ron Kaufman, was an amazing experience and also an excellent team building exercise for us.
'To create awareness amongst the team, no matter what level of their career they are at, that we all share a common goal, is tremendously important. 'Up your service' is great coaching session and the feedback from the all the team who attended was very positive. By the end of the day, good team spirit and a common understanding that we want to make our customer happy and how we can best do it, was the outcome.'

Around 80 team members of the Moevenpick Hotel Bur Dubai attended the coaching 'Up Your Service' which was exclusively held for them by the world renowned service guru Ron Kaufman in conjunction with partners Right Selection.
