DCA to host global conference on airport commercial revenues

Dubai Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), will host under the patronage of HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of DCA and Chairman and CEO of Emirates Group, the Airport Business and Trinity Forum 2007 from March 11 to 13 at the JW Mariott Hotel in Dubai
The Forum will also look into the psychological impact of the aviation security crisis on travellers and their spending behaviours at the airport as well as the effect of air travel stress on building commercial revenues. The status of global implementation of restrictions on liquids, gels and aerosols based on the recent meeting of ICAO Secretariat Study Group, will be the focus of one of the forum's briefings.
The highlight of the Forum would be the Gala Dinner at the Dubai Aviation Club, where the Airport Services Quality Awards (formerly AETRA Awards) given on March 12. To be opened by Sheikh Ahmed, who will also deliver the keynote address, the Forum will be attended by top delegates from World Duty Free, Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Airports, Dubai Duty Free, Dufry, Alpha Airports Group, Aelia, Manchester Airports Group, Vancouver International Airport Authority, and numerous others.
