No buzz to coffee

Coffee eases caffeine withdrawal symptoms but does not actually give people an energy boost, according to research reported by the BBC. University of Bristol researchers found that caffeinated drinks in the morning made no difference to a person's alertness. Caffeine is believed to have certain benefits including preventing cognitive decline in the elderly.
