Arab Media chief wins CEO award

Abdullatif Al Sayegh, chief executive of the Arab Media Group, has been named CEO of the Year for 2006 at the World CEO Forum in Dubai. The Arab Media Group runs Awraq Publishing, publishers of the Emirates Today, Emarat Al Youm and Al Bayan newspapers, among other titles. Microsoft boss Bill Gates is a former winner.
