His 17 years of experience in the region,included hotels like the Sheratons, Renaissance & Ramada.
Vaitsa Cantaros is the new Executive Greek Chef of "The Greek Taverna" the latest addition in the Carlton Tower Hotel Dubai. She is well known for culinary skills and has tremondous experience in Greece & Canada.
