Tanmiyat showcases its projects at the largest International Real Estate Exhibition held in France

The exhibition, a gathering that will focus on the world's chief property projects, is expected to draw large amounts of investors, business people and media representatives from all over the globe.

Sheikh Suleiman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed, CEO, Tanmiyat Investment Group said:

"Through its participation in MIPIM, Tanmiyat will be rubbing shoulders with some of the world's most active and leading investment companies. Our involvement in Cannes is an indicator of our expansion strategy which aims at extending our activities beyond our native Saudi Arabia. Moreover, Tanmiyat is the first Saudi Arabian company to exhibit its projects at MIPIM in Cannes."

Sheikh Suleiman added: "While MIPIM will see 21,000 exhibitors from 74 countries showcasing their ventures, Tanmiyat will take this opportunity to focus on the 'Living Legends' project in Dubai. Costing $3.8 billion and covering an area of 24.7 million square feet, this project, which received the "Best Real Estate Developer" Award during the Middle East Islamic Realty Finance Awards in 2006, is the first of its kind in terms of the facilities it offers in accordance with modern and luxurious lifestyles. The Group also intends to display the Commercial Heights project that cost $272.3 million dollars."

"This event represents a significant addition to Tanmiyat's marketing strategy forecasted for this year, as it will welcome the world's biggest realty companies and projects, drawing attention to the industry's leading personalities in the economic field. This is an opportunity for us to recognize the industry's most important players in the real estate market", Al Majed continued.

Tanmiyat will also showcase one of the Golf Cooperation Council's most significant projects currently under development in Saudi Arabia, namely the Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Mousaed Economic City, which covers an area of 150 million square meters and includes logistic areas, educational districts and various other services. Recognized as one of Saudi Arabia's most cutting edge and ambitious developments, the Economic City will also include an international airport designed to welcome 3 million travelers annually. In addition, the project's infrastructural capabilities will extend beyond this point to a state-of-the-art rail system connecting the city with other parts of the country and expected to transport 2 million passengers per year. Last but not least, the project's sea ports will see 1.5 million tons of goods transported annually.

Al Majed concluded that this exhibition, which will be held for the fourth year, will provide an incentive for Tanmiyat's marketing team to maintain continuous efforts in spreading the group's innovative real estate investment ideas even further.

The Living Legends:

Covering an area of 2.296 million square meters inside the world famous Dubai Land on the outskirts of the emirate, resting on the Emirates Road, Asateer is a state of the art complex that features everything from residential housing, to commercial spaces to theme parks and hotels.
