The UAE's new mobile telecom operator du has come under fire from a number of its subscribers, who have been unhappy with the quality of service offered so far, reported Gulf News. Some customers have complained that it has taken them a long time to get through to customer support agents, while others have experienced difficulties in receiving their SIM cards or have mistakenly been charged extra fees.
