ictQatar seeks consultation

The Supreme Council for Information and Communications Technology, ictQATAR, is seeking the views of telecommunications carriers and operators that are interested in entering the sector following the passing of legislation last year liberalising the industry in Qatar. The consultation period will end March 31 and licensing details will be published in Q2. The licensing process is expected to be completed by the end of 2007.
