Under the patronage of HE Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, UAE Minister of Governmental Sector Development, and organized by Etisalat Academy, the conference will be held on 4 and 5 April 2007 at the Emirates Towers, Dubai.

In 1995, Sahar Hashemi together with her brother Bobby founded Coffee Republic, and built it into one of the UK's most recognized high street brands with a turnover of £30m. Sahar was recently named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, one of 237 leaders chosen from 8000 candidates to build a 'community of extraordinary leaders who are under 40 and are exceptional on a global level'.

Sahar Hashemi will deliver her presentation and discuss the importance on 'Unlocking Talent'. She will feature amongst other leaders, managers, executives, supervisors and HR experts in the conference, which will also feature a group of training managers and coordinators from government and private sectors, including banking, transportation, hotel, and oil industries both within and outside the UAE.

Dr. Doaa Fares, General Manager, Etisalat Academy, said: 'This year's conference is characterized by many open panel discussions that conclude each day of the conference. This gives an opportunity for participants from various organizations, regional and international, to be involved in one of the biggest issues in human resources, talent management.'

Ayesha Salem Bun Suwira, Training Operations Manager - Etisalat Academy said: 'Like any other international corporation, we at Etisalat in general and Etisalat Academy in particular focus on the importance of training and career development, and we think of it as one of the most important success factors for the employee and the organization. This conference aims to benefit from the international and regional experiences in this vital domain.'

'The good response from different participants has assured us of the necessity and importance of the Sixth HR Conference and Exhibition. Participants including regional and international government departments and private companies prove the impact of the event by incorporating its recommendations into their practices,' she added.
