Sharjah Municipality hotline resolves residential issues

During a campaign aimed at evacuating bachelors from residential areas where families reside, Sharjah Municipality activated its 993 hotline services, which came through in ensuring the comfort and security of residences in Sharjah city.
Sharjah Municipality began evacuating bachelors from the residential areas after receiving complaints about disturbance caused by bachelors, which affected the peace and convenience of families living in the same area. The Municipality launched a dedicated campaign, urging bachelors to move out of residential areas occupied by families with women and children.
This strategic decision to activate the 993 hotline for all services of the Sharjah Government especially succeeded in assisting the Security Division of the Municipality, which is continuously striving to facilitate the lives of the city's residents. Sharjah Municipality employees are on stand by 24 hours to receive calls on the hotline and transfer their enquiries and requests to the specialized divisions.
The Municipality announced that the hotline has further been connected to all internal and external administrations in the Municipality and that complaints will be automatically transferred via a computerized system to the specialized administration, ensuring that the problem is dealt with swiftly and effectively.
The 993 hotline has officially become Sharjah city's aid to solving all residential and commercial problems and encourages people to come forward and make Sharjah a safe and prosperous city.
